A very - very special “Thank You” to all who came together and presented such a wonderful “Father’s Day” present to Msgr. Leo and myself this last Sunday. The new grill is a great addition to our rectory deck and the BBQ food that went with it will be thoroughly enjoyed. Let’s hope that the summer weather co-operates! Thank You to All! Fr. Bill & Msgr. † HEALING MASS SCHEDULE
Due to the summer vacation season, we will not hold the normal 1st Wednesday Healing Mass in July, or August. Instead, we will offer a regular Mass on these dates, at 7pm. Our normal 1st Wednesday of the month Healing Mass schedule will begin again on September 2nd. During the summer, Our Lady of Fatima Shrine holds special Healing Masses (see the schedule on the bulletin board in the Chapel entrance for information.)

† ORGANIZATIONS
A list of all meeting/activity dates/times for each parish organization, between July 1st , 2009 and June 30th, 2010 Must Be Submitted to the Parish Office by the 1st week of July. This information is required in order to schedule the use of parish facilities for this time period. All of the meeting rooms & halls are assigned based on the information we receive. In an attempt to avoid conflicts in the use of our spaces, we need this information to be as complete as possible. As your organization dates/times are posted, Deacon Roy will advise if there are any double bookings or scheduling problems that need to be worked out. Once verified, future changes cannot be made without first checking with the Parish Office that there are no room scheduling problems.

† MASS INTENTIONS FOR JULY - DECEMBER 2010
Starting on Wednesday, July 1st, after the 8:00 am daily Mass, the Mass Intention Book will be available at the Parish Office in Father Cotter Hall for the scheduling of Mass Intentions until the end of next year. There are still many Masses available from January through June. Reservations for the 7-day Sanctuary Candle Memoriam are also available for the entire year—2010.

† RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
The 2009 – 2010 Religious Education school year registration process is continuing. We had on site registration this year. We met with many of our families but we still have some families who did not attend the Registration sign -up dates. You will now need to make an appointment to register. We are meeting with all of our families this year to better assist you in the process of raising your children in the faith. This year we will not be mailing out any registration forms. Please call 832-6161 to make your appointment. Registration forms will be given out when you come to meet with us. If you are a new family please call to make an appointment to register. We will be happy to welcome you into our program. If you are the parent of a High School student entering the 11th grade who attends Catholic High School, you must come to sign your son or daughter up for Confirmation classes. Confirmation is celebrated in the Spring of Junior year of High School. Students in Catholic High School programs are required to attend classes once a month in 11th grade at their parish for Confirmation formation. If you have any questions, please contact me at 832-6161. If you are interested in answering the call from the Lord to minister to His children we have opportunities in the Fall to volunteer in the Religious Education program as Catechists, office volunteers and in a new ministry which will be working with Junior High students as they study the saints and then put together a program for the parish about the life of the saint they study. † ALTAR & ROSARY NEWS
Our final board meeting is Monday, June 29th at 7:30 pm in the Choir Room. This will be an important meeting to establish the calendar for August 2009 through June of 2010. All members are invited to attend if you wish to do so. To all other members have a great Summer and will see you in September!
